My therapist was outstanding. I came in with some acutely sore and tight hips and thighs, and I came out feeling relaxed, stretched and softened. She clearly listened to and incorporated my specific concerns into the massage experience. She was thoughtful and careful about checking whether I wanted more or less pressure. She helped me with some gentle stretching Of two problem areas, and she worked very thoughtfully and skillfully on some really sensitive sore knots. I’ve had a lot of massages in my years but not too many from outstanding practitioners— this massage stood out bc I felt very well cared for on every dimension. I wish I lived in Ocala so I could become a regular — and I hope to send some of my horse-riding friends here. Felt like I won the massage lottery.

One of the best massage I’ve ever had! Very comfortable environment and I felt very welcome. She went over a full history of my injuries my daily activities and was able to find all my pain without me even telling her where it was. I didn’t realize therapeutic massage could feel so relaxing! Maria knows her trade! I was 2 weeks post of a shoulder replacement and was feeling the effects of a major operation along with all of the meds. She helped loosen my new shoulder and reduced my pain in the process. Given all of the toxins in my system, Maria suggested a round of cupping to draw these out. The hot stones were also employed.
